Description
Job Title: Maths & English Tutor
Location: Hounslow
Contract Type: Temporary, Flexible, Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition in Maths and English.
Adapt teaching methods to support students with SEN needs, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging.
Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that address individual learning gaps.
Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to students and their families.
Create a supportive and motivating learning environment to help students build confidence in Maths and English.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in Maths and English.
Experience working with SEN students.
Right to work in the UK.
Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
PGCE and/or QTS is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to individual learner needs.Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business/education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
