Description
Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalised retention strategies.Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns and offer tailored solutions.Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.Provide detailed information about available products and services to enhance customer retention.Meet or exceed individual and team retention targets.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross–selling additional services.Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed advice to customers.Profile
A successful Telesales Executive should have:
Previous experience in a customer–facing or sales–related role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A customer–focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.Strong problem–solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.An ability to work well in a fast–paced environment and meet targets.Job Offer
