Telesales Executive – NO COLD CALLING Chester Full Time or Part Time GBP24,000 GBP25,000 basic (DOE) plus uncapped commission. Full–time OTE GBP700 GBP1,200 per month

Money Expert is an independent financial comparison company based in Chester, and we're expanding our team! We re looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent/s to join our vibrant call centre. You ll be working with warm leads generated by customers researching their options online and requesting call–backs no cold calling involved.

No prior sales experience? No problem! With our comprehensive training and ongoing support, 70% of our agents come from non–sales backgrounds and thrive here.

Working Hours & Shift Patterns

Full–time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on FridaysOr a 4–day shift pattern: Monday to Wednesday 10 00 and Thursday 10 30 (also 37.5 hours)Part–time: Minimum 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts available during daytime, afternoons, or evenings What can Money Expert give to you?

Experience in Commercial sales is desirable but not essential (training provided)Strong fact–finding and problem–solving abilitiesExperience in outbound calls, particularly in telesales or call centres, desirable but not essential, anyone in hospitality, retail, real estate, customer service or similar industriesAbility to manage a busy and varied workload effectivelyExcellent communication skillsTarget–driven with a commitment to delivering excellent customer serviceComfortable working in a fast–paced, target–oriented environmentAbility to build strong relationships with customers and colleaguesMotivated and outgoing, with a positive impact on team moraleAdherence to GDPR guidelines and maintaining high call quality standards What will your role look like?
