SEO Google Ads Facebook Advertising Proven Meta advertising with analytical results As the Social Media Advertiser you will be confident to make decisions and changes across various platforms to obtain results. You will lead the social media advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and SEO, with the freedom to test, learn, and optimise. We re looking for someone forward–thinking and analytical, someone who s not afraid to recommend bold changes, find smart solutions, and continuously improve campaign performance. You ll actively report on results, communicate clearly with the Marketing Manager, and work closely with the wider team to keep campaigns fresh, focused, and delivering.

Paid Social (Meta & TikTok)

Plan, build, and optimise paid social campaigns with a growth–first mindset Manage Meta campaigns with advanced audience targeting and creative testing Actively report on what s performing and what s not with clear insights Track and monitor COA, CPC, ROAS, and performance trends Recommend budget shifts and audience changes based on data Work closely with the Social Media Content Creator to request improved creatives Ensure campaigns are refreshed regularly with top–performing content Stay on top of platform updates and paid media trends Google Ads / PPC

Run and optimise Google Ads across Search, YouTube, Display & Performance Max Use Smart Bidding, funnel strategies, and audience targeting Manage conversion tracking and attribution Drive strong ROAS and continuously improve performance SEO & Organic

Support SEO improvements alongside the Marketing Manager Optimise site content, structure, and product pages for better visibility Identify and rank for new keywords while improving existing ones Use tools like Semrush to audit, monitor, and improve site performance Apply CRO tactics and A/B testing to drive better organic and paid results What would like:

Experience in a Paid Media role, ideally within DTC Proven success running high–budget, high–performance Meta campaigns Expert in Google Ads, Performance Max, Smart Bidding, and funnel strategies Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how it fits within a broader growth strategy Deep knowledge of GA4, audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion optimisation Strong analytical skills with a data–first mindset Confident using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and forecasting Self–starter with the ability to work independently and present findings clearly If the above role sounds of interest and you have the relevant experience, please apply today
