We're now evolving our flagship showroom team and seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant & Partner to help drive both B2C and B2B sales, while taking a lead in CRM-driven performance across the department.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Sales Excellence

Deliver high value, consultative retail sales (average order value: GBP3.5k+)

Guide retail and trade customers through their buying journey

Represent the brand across showroom, phone, live chat, and digital channels

Our showroom is open seven days a week, so weekend working is expected as part of a fair, rotating shift pattern

Own the CRM Agenda

Drive daily CRM engagement for your leads, cross referencing outreach efforts with your team

Ensure tasks, follow-ups, and sales activities are aligned and up to date

Review CRM performance and best practice

What We're Looking For

2+ years in consultative or luxury sales - ideally with trade or interiors exposure

CRM confidence - with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot

Organised and proactive - able to manage your time and drive wider team action

A natural relationship builder - warm, thoughtful, and highly communicative

Calm under pressure - able to manage multiple tasks and channels simultaneously
