Senior Research Executive – Qualitative

Working across a range of projects within qualitative research, this role will sit in the consumer team, working with clients focusing on brand identity, product design, concept testing, behavioural science and strategy.

This role will suit someone who is passionate about these areas, where they can thrive in a successful team.

They are ideally looking for someone who is either at SRE level or ready to step up into the role.

The Role

In the role of Qualitative Senior Research Executive, you will be working as part of a team, delivering high quality projects to your clients. You will be responsible for the day–to–day running of the projects, ensuring their successful delivery. In this role you will be supporting more senior team members with projects.

Key Duties Include:–

– Setting up the projects in line with the client brief

– Writing fieldwork materials

– Carrying out fieldwork including; moderating focus groups, conducting IDIs as well as other qual methodologies such as workshops, ethnography etc.

– Analysis and writing reports

– Preparing presentations for clients

– Attending presentations and being part of the debrief to the clients

– Managing and troubleshooting any potential issues that may arise and providing regular updates to the client

– Working closely with the quantitative team on mixed method research projects

The Candidate:–

– The ideal candidate will have experience working within consumer qualitative research, ideally with agency experience

– You will be experienced in moderating focus groups and carrying out depth interviews and will have an understanding of broader qual methodologies.

– You will have experience in managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.

– You will be comfortable working in a team and will be someone who is able to communicate well both internally and externally.

– Organisation and attention to details are a must for this role.
