AXA - Global Healthcare are looking for a seasoned and results-orientated Senior Product Marketing and Go to Market Executive. Reporting to our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll execute our project-focused product marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive GTM plans to drive the success of our project-based products. You'll have a strong understanding of project management, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on mindset. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the development and strategic execution of comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for complex, project-based products and services, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Provide strategic oversight and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to synthesise market insights, shaping compelling marketing assets and campaigns.
Partner closely with product development and innovation teams to ensure offerings are precisely aligned with evolving market demands and customer expectations.
Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and communication materials to support product launches, market penetration, and customer engagement initiatives.
Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of major product launches, propositions, and corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.
Develop differentiated messaging and positioning strategies that elevate the brand and articulate the value proposition of project-based products to diverse stakeholder audiences.
Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, translating insights into strategic adjustments to optimize ROI and market share.
Collaborate with communications, sales, and executive leadership to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with sales objectives and customer insights.
Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, serving as a key influencer within project teams and leadership forums.

What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in senior product marketing or GTM leadership roles, within the insurance or financial services sectors.
Demonstrated success in architecting and executing complex, multi-channel product marketing and go-to-market strategies for innovative, project-based offerings.
Proven expertise in strategic project management, with the capacity to oversee multiple high-stakes initiatives across diverse regions and markets simultaneously.
Deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and customer dynamics within the insurance and finance sectors, with a global or regional perspective.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced analytical capabilities, leveraging data and market insights to inform strategic decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify new growth opportunities.
Extensive experience in applying brand voice, tone, and guidelines consistently across multiple channels and regions, ensuring brand integrity and message cohesion.
