We're recruiting on behalf of a fast–growing global beauty brand with a presence in over 100 countries and more than 2 million online customers. Their products are sold through leading online and high street retailers, and they're now looking for a talented Senior Paid Social Executive to join their dynamic in–house marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, data–driven paid media specialist to take the lead on high–impact campaigns across Meta and TikTok, driving performance for a brand with a huge and loyal global following.

The Role

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for managing campaigns from set–up to optimisation, while keeping an eye on trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the set–up, optimisation, and monitoring of paid campaigns on TikTok and Meta, including A/B testing and growth strategies.Support organic social activity by boosting high–performing content on Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Live.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets are fresh, on–brand, and performance–optimised.Analyse competitor activity and propose new growth ideas.Work with the wider marketing team to repurpose content, with a focus on influencer and affiliate spark ads.Maintain and update customer targeting and audience lists within Klaviyo.Assist in planning email campaigns with the design team.Contribute to exciting projects including loyalty scheme launches and multi–channel campaigns.Support affiliate marketing across Impact and Awin, approving new creators and tracking channel performance.About You

2+ years' experience in a paid social media role.Passionate about digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and embrace new platforms.Strong collaborator with experience working across all areas of a marketing team.Analytical, proactive, and focused on optimisation and performance improvement.Why This Role?
