Location: Solihull (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

Function: Group Marketing

What you'll be doing

Developing a detailed and strategic understanding of our target markets and customers

Bringing together multiple data sources to create a cohesive view of audience behaviours and market trends

Translating insights into compelling stories that drive action across teams

Partnering with internal stakeholders to inform decisions and prioritise initiatives rooted in customer understanding

Managing research partners and insight tools to deliver maximum business value

What you'll bring

In–depth expertise in customer behaviour, segmentation, and behavioural science

Proven ability to work with and interpret complex data sets – both structured and unstructured

Strong commercial focus with a sharp eye for connecting insight to growth opportunities

Confidence influencing decision–makers and shaping strategic thinking

Experience leading research projects, agencies, and budgets
