The Role:

Own category strategy across grocery and e–commerce accounts.

Partner with commercial, brand, and shopper teams to deliver cross–functional plans.

Influence range, merchandising, and innovation listings with compelling insight–led stories.

Lead development of long–term growth plans aligned with customer goals.

Manage and mentor a Category Analyst, guiding their growth.

About You:

Experience in a category role, ideally within drinks or FMCG.

In–depth understanding of the UK grocery and/or ecommerce landscape.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn data into actionable strategy.

Confident influencer with proven stakeholder management skills.

Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering growth.

Previous line management or mentoring experience is advantageous.
