Sales Team Leader

Description

A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Sales Team Leader to join their team. This is a full–time permanent position working Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Paying 30,000 – 40,000 per annum depending on experience.

You'll help build the team, drive results, and inspire those around you.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Build, lead & mentor a sales teamHelp hire people and coach them to successTake ownership of team performance – lead from the frontManage key client accounts and drive upsell opportunitiesCollaborate across teams (Marketing, Ops, Finance) to support growthReport on team KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterlyAttend trade shows & industry eventsCreate campaigns & strategies that boost visibility and engagementUse CRM tools to keep sales performance on pointShape the future of our sales strategy with the leadership team

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Team Leader position:

A solid track record in tech sales or B2B leadership essentialExperience building or leading a sales teamStrong communication, negotiation, and coaching skillsA passion for helping people growGrowth mindsetA full UK driving licence
