Sales Manager – Umbrella & Back-Office Solutions

The Role
You’ll own the full sales cycle – from spotting opportunities to sealing the deal – selling a comprehensive product suite designed to streamline operations for recruitment businesses. Your success will be measured by results: revenue growth, quota attainment, and activity levels.
What You’ll Do

Hunt down new business via cold calls, email outreach, networking, and inbound leads.

Master our product range – from complete back-office and funding solutions to pay & bill SaaS platforms.

Deliver compelling presentations and demos that win over decision-makers.

Understand each client’s challenges and design solutions that fit like a glove.

Manage your pipeline with precision – timely follow-ups, no leads left cold.

Negotiate pricing and contracts with confidence, closing deals that stick.

Build long-term client relationships to maximise satisfaction and retention.

Keep meticulous CRM records and report on activity and results.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves.
