Reporting to the General Manager, you ll be the first point of contact for many clients, your role will be crucial for generating new business opportunities. Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales consultants. Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies. Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance targets.
