Job Title: Sales Advisor

Location: Worcester

Salary: £25,000 plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday / 9am to 5:30pm & every other Saturday AM

Our client is a well-established business with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to their clients. They are expanding their Commercial Department by growing their Account Handlers Team, creating an exciting opportunity for an organised, motivated, and people-focused professional to join them as a Sales Advisor.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering top-quality service while supporting the wider business.

Day to day duties will include the following:

* To provide administration support

* Provide guidance to clients and answer basic claims queries

* Follow up all website leads

* Working alongside other teams to ensure clients are receiving excellent communication

* To maintain client relationships

As an individual you will need the following experience:

* Excellent administration skills

* GCSE English and Maths

* 2 A 'Levels passed at Grade C

* Experience using Microsoft Office programmes

* Ability to work as an individual and within a team
