Location: Tunbridge Wells

Job Type: Permanent, Full–Time

Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week. Sundays on a rota basis.

We're currently looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Executive on behalf of our client based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable dealership that values performance, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in the showroom and online to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle.

Deliver a high–quality, tailored customer experience from initial contact through to handover and aftersales support.

Achieve individual and team sales targets, working towards KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.

Maintain up–to–date knowledge of our product range, promotions, and finance options.

Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in automotive sales (minimum 1 year preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and professional approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Full UK driving licence.

Self–motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
