Real Recruitment are currently recruiting a Sales Executive for our client who is a well-established Family Run and growing logistics provider specialising in parcel and pallet delivery services, based in Coventry (CV6) on a Permanent and Full-Time basis. About The Job Role of Sales Executive:

You will be….

· Identifying and converting new business opportunities in the parcel and pallet sectors

· Building long-term customer relationships through clear and honest communication

· Managing a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and proactive outreach

· Working closely with operations to ensure top-tier service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

· Demonstrable Sales Executive experience in logistics or courier sales (parcel and pallet sector)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering real value
