Our client, a well-established insurance organisation, is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join their commercial department in Abingdon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual who enjoys networking, generating leads, and creating opportunities that help the business grow.

The role:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the commercial insurance sector

Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through phone, email, social channels, and networking events

Work closely with the commercial team to hand over warm leads for conversion

Maintain accurate records of all activity using CRM systems

Keep up to date with industry knowledge and market trendsAbout you:

Proven experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers

Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach
