Location: Tonbridge (In–person)

Job Type: Full–time, Permanent

Salary: GBP28,500 – GBP30,000 per year + Commission

Join a busy, driven team where you'll work closely with the Operations Director and Training Services Manager to promote, develop, and sell an extensive range of training solutions.

What You ll Do

Engage with clients to understand training needs and offer tailored solutions Act as the main point of contact for sales enquiries Proactively promote training services to new and existing clients Generate and nurture new business opportunities Prepare proposals, quotes, and maintain accurate CRM records Follow up on leads to secure bookings and manage invoicing Build and maintain strong business relationships Collaborate with internal teams for smooth course scheduling Attend exhibitions and networking events Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs What We re Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in sales, account management or customer service Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively Enthusiastic, confident, and target–driven A desire to learn, upskill and grow within the industry Knowledge of industry standards and training bodies (desirable) Driving licence (preferred but not essential) What You ll Get
