Logistics Sales Assistant Location: Redditch Salary: GBP28–34,000 Hours: Full–time, office–based 40 hours a week About the Role

We re recruiting for a proactive and organised Sales Assistant to join a thriving team in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the logistics or freight industry who enjoys a varied role, loves working with people, and can juggle both admin and customer service tasks with ease.

You ll play a key part in supporting the sales team, handling customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating sales activities. Every day will be different one minute you could be speaking to a client about an order, the next, liaising with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Logistics Sales Assistant Day–to–Day Duties Provide admin support to the sales team

Handle customer enquiries in a friendly, professional manner

Keep customer records accurate and up to date

Assist in coordinating sales activities and orders

Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams

Help ensure customers receive the best possible service

Logistics Sales Assistant Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience in the logistics or freight industry

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service background

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Previous experience in sales or a customer–focused role

Confident using computer systems and managing records

A team player with a can–do attitude
