Your Role as a Sales Advisor:
As they continue to grow, they re looking for a Sales Advisor to play a key role in their Sales team including extensive liaison with customers, preparing and processing sales orders and quotations, assisting with sales presentations and updating sales records. The role will also involve close collaboration with the stores, manufacturing, and finance teams on sales–related tasks.
A typical day as a Sales Advisor:
Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and face to faceAccurately identify products that meet the customer s specifications and requirementsRespond to technical product enquiries and support the sales processMaintain customer records and assist with order processingComplete tasks with attention to detail and see them through to completionWork collaboratively with the wider team We re keen to speak to Sales Advisor with:
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)Confident communicator via telephone, email, and in personKey skills to build and maintain solid, professional, customer relationshipsStrong motivation and willingness to learn new skillsAbility to stay on task and complete work to a high standardA keen interest in cars and/or motorsport is preferableKnowledge of how a vehicle/engine works would be advantageous but not essentialA collaborative One Team mindset.A passion for exceeding customer expectations.A robust work ethic.
