Location: St Asaph, North Wales

Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission

What you’ll be doing:

* Driving new business through targeted sales activity, networking, and market research

* Managing the full recruitment cycle from first call to placement

* Working closely with clients and candidates to provide an exceptional service

* Hitting and exceeding performance and sales targets

* Growing into one of our top-performing recruitment consultants through training and support

* Strong sales or business development experience (recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential)
