Are you an ambitious recruiter ready to take ownership of your desk and drive success in your own patch? We re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Letchworth team, specialising in industrial recruitment both temporary and permanent placements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast–paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated by building long–term client relationships and delivering results. If you want to run a business within a business, we ll give you the platform and backing to make it happen.

What You'll Be Doing: Managing and growing a warm desk across the industrial sector

Placing temporary and permanent staff into a range of industrial roles

Developing new business through proactive sales and networking

Delivering a high standard of service to both clients and candidates

Working collaboratively with a driven and supportive team

What We re Looking For: Previous B2B experience (ideally within the industrial sector)

Confident with both temps and perms or willing to learn

Proactive, self–motivated and commercially minded

Strong relationship–builder with excellent communication skills

Someone who treats their desk like their own business
