What You'll Do

Campaign Management

Plan and execute high–impact campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta platformsManage substantial advertising budgets to maximise ROIConduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative developmentOptimisation & Analysis

Monitor campaign performance and implement data–driven optimisationsRun A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategiesAnalyse performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboardsScale successful campaigns and identify growth opportunitiesReporting & Strategy

Create comprehensive performance reports with actionable insightsCollaborate with creative, content, and product teamsStay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities

What They're Looking For

Essential Experience:

2+ years in performance marketing with strong Google Ads and Meta expertiseProven track record managing significant ad spend with excellent ROIDeep understanding of key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysisDesirable Skills:

TikTok advertising and app marketing experienceAdditional European languagesStrong analytical and communication abilitiesSelf–motivated with excellent project management skills
