Working Days: 4 Days Flexible (including weekends)

Hours: Typically between 10 am and 5 pm

Contract: Temporary

We're currently recruiting a part–time, temporary Sales Coordinator to support the front–of–house experience at a site in Kilwinning. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in retail, hospitality, cabin crew, car sales, or customer service anyone used to building rapport quickly, working to targets, and providing exceptional face–to–face experiences.

What you'll be doing:

Welcoming visitors to the sales office and registering their interestDelivering a brief sales overview of the development and available homesConducting initial show home toursCapturing and passing on leads to the Sales Advisor team for follow–upSupporting the wider sales team in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment What we're looking for:

A confident communicator with a professional and friendly mannerComfortable working weekends and flexible shiftsExperience in a customer–facing, sales–driven role (e.g. retail, travel, beauty, automotive)Highly organised, presentable, and reliable Why apply?
