Our client, a leading and well–established training provider, is seeking an Outbound Training Course Advisor to join their growing team in Leeds. They offer free, classroom–based training courses across Yorkshire and the North East.
The Role:
As an Outbound Training Course Advisor, you will advise applicants who have expressed interest in free classroom–based training coursesVerify applicant eligibility and ensure all documentation is completePrepare forms, proposals, and maintain CRM databasesAttend candidate attraction events and networking meetingsOffice–based role in Leeds The Candidate:
Must have experience in outbound calling or telephone–based customer serviceBackground in training or apprenticeships is advantageous but not essentialStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompetent in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAble to work independently and collaborativelyMust live within a commutable distance to Leeds The Offer:
