About the Role:

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through their home-buying journey from initial enquiry to completion. You’ll showcase our homes, deliver exceptional customer service, and work towards achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with buyers and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and guiding prospective buyers around the development and show homes

*

Building rapport and providing expert advice throughout the sales process

*

Managing enquiries and following up leads to maximise conversions

*

Working closely with site teams, solicitors, and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions

*

Maintaining accurate sales records and performing administrative duties

About You:

Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency is highly desirable

*

A natural people person with excellent communication skills

*

Motivated, target-driven, and highly organised

Professional, approachable, and customer-focused

*

Flexible to work weekends on a rota basis
