Media Performance Manager

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Contract: 12 months

Day Rate: 187 – 207/day

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a media–savvy, data–driven mind to join a fast–paced in–house marketing team as Media Performance Manager. If you're coming from a media agency background and ready to step into a role where you're not just executing someone else's plan but building and owning the strategy, this could be your next big move.

The role:

You'll be responsible for planning, buying, and optimising B2B paid media campaigns across the UK, France, Germany, Austria and Poland – spanning both lead generation and brand awareness. You'll get stuck into campaign performance metrics, test and iterate across platforms, and shape media strategies that drive real results.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the end–to–end delivery of multi–market B2B media campaigns, including media planning, buying, optimisation and reportingOwn campaign performance across Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic platformsAnalyse data deeply and frequently to refine campaigns, spot trends and surface actionable insightsCollaborate with local field marketing teams and creatives to bring campaigns to life in each regionReport regularly on campaign efficiency, effectiveness and ROI to senior stakeholdersDrive automation and explore new platforms or approaches to improve reach and performanceWhat we're looking for:

Strong B2B marketing experience, you understand the funnel and how to move decision–makers through itBackground in a media agency or similar environment, with hands–on campaign management (not just briefing or reporting)Experience working with large budgets and high–volume campaignsSomeone who can make the calls, this role needs a confident decision–maker, not someone waiting for permissionExperience with multiple regions or EMEA markets is a big plusBonus points if you've worked in:

Logistics, supply chain, or operations–related industriesMulti–language or multi–country campaignsOffline channels (print, OOH etc.) alongside digitalWhy Apply?
