Provide excellent customer service to ensure a superior client experienceAppraise various luxury items, including jewellery, watches, and handbagsFacilitate the retail sales of high–end goods such as diamond jewellery, prestigious watches, and luxury handbagsRespond promptly to customer inquiries via email, telephone, or in–person interactionsStay informed about market trends in pawnbroking and luxury goods, and monitor competitor activityPromote the organisation locally to enhance brand visibility and customer engagementServe as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring adherence to brand standards and maintaining a polished imageAchieve sales and appraisal targets set by Senior ManagementExperience Ideally Required for This Role:

Previous experience in the luxury or high–end goods sectorPrevious pawnbroker experienceProven customer service skills, with the ability to engage with discerning clienteleStrong numeracy and literacy skills to support accurate appraisals and sales transactionsConfidence in working towards sales targets and driving performanceCommercial awareness, with a deep understanding of market trends in luxury goods
