Role: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Lancing

Hours: Monday to Friday

Pay: £25,000 per annum + commission (£30,000 OTE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Executive to join one of our longstanding clients, a dynamic and growing business based in Lancing. This company fosters a relaxed, team-oriented culture while maintaining a clear focus on performance and business growth.

The Role:

Handle inbound enquiries and assist with daily order processing

Make outbound calls to engage potential clients and follow up on leads

Build a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to support sales conversations

Maintain and update customer information accurately

Manage your own workload and contribute to team sales targets

Receive full training and ongoing support to develop your sales career
