Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, helping them explore vehicle options that suit their needs

• Support vehicle demonstrations and accompany test drives

• Learn about our vehicle range, features, pricing, and promotions

• Build rapport with customers to create a welcoming and trustworthy experience

• Assist with finance and insurance documentation under guidance

• Work closely with senior sales and service colleagues to deliver excellent customer care

• Aim to meet monthly sales goals and develop your performance over time

Requirements

• Some experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar)

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales environment

• Positive attitude and team spirit

• Basic digital literacy (CRM systems training provided)
