Hours of Work: Full–time

As the Internal Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to enhance sales within a specified customer base through strategic telephone–based account development. You'll effectively communicate our extensive product offerings to both existing and potential customers, aiming to achieve ambitious sales targets while nurturing long–term relationships. You will manage a diverse clientele across various countries and channels, prioritising customer retention and brand expansion. You will be the lead account manager, conduct outbound calls to increase brand presence, assist with client services, collaborate with marketing teams, and provide valuable support to our sales leadership all while maintaining accurate records of your successes.

Internal Sales Manager Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a fast–paced environment

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and French

Strong organisational skills and accurate record–keeping/reporting capability

Exceptional relationship management skills adapted for various situations
