The Opportunity

We re seeking a dynamic Inbound Sales Team Leader to oversee a growing team of sales representatives handling inbound enquiries across multiple sectors. You ll lead by example, coach for success, and ensure consistent delivery of commercial targets while maintaining our reputation for customer excellence.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of inbound sales representatives Monitor daily performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Support team members with complex enquiries and strategic opportunities Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategy with business goals Ensure CRM accuracy and contribute to forecasting and reporting Champion a culture of accountability, learning, and customer focus What You ll Bring
