The Role:

Developing and leading ROI–focused, data–led performance strategiesOwning the digital media roadmap across search, display, paid social, programmatic, and affiliateLeading and mentoring a growing team of digital and performance specialistsAligning performance, strategy, and creative teams for integrated campaign deliveryActing as a senior strategic partner to clients, offering best–in–class guidanceLeading pitch strategy for new business and showcasing ROI–driven thinkingDefining KPIs, reporting frameworks, and delivering insights to C–level clientsThe Candidate:

10+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in performance–focused rolesAt least 3 years in a senior leadership position, ideally within an agencyExpertise across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and AffiliateDeep experience with analytics and tracking platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio)A commercial mindset with strong forecasting and budget planning skillsClear, confident communication skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholdersEntrepreneurial spirit and a desire to shape agency direction and offeringsCan commute and work in central London for team days and client meetingsWe Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
