Basic Salary: 45,000 OTE: 60,000+ Company Car + Benefits

We're currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to join a well–established automotive dealership in Barnstaple. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results–driven individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

As the General Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high–performing sales team, including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff. Your focus will be on managing a structured and effective sales process, while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Coaching and supporting your team to achieve new and used vehicle sales targetsPromoting add–on products, including finance and insuranceDriving second–facing activity and building customer rapportManaging marketing campaigns and local promotionsMaintaining the highest ethical and professional standardsWhat We're Looking For:
