Description
Events and Networking Coordinator urgently required. Working at a leading dynamic City based media company.
Main duties include:
• Work with and manipulate various data on MS Dynamics.
• Data and delegate management: email invites and registration of delegates
• Marketing the events using email, LinkedIn, marketing platform etc.
• Creating emails from Campaign Master, Microsoft Dynamics and Outlook.
• Booking venues and managing catering and delegate requests.
• Ordering supplies for the events.
• Pre–event preparations including badge printing, place cards, delegate packs
• Managing the AV, booking in–house photographers, setting up websites etc.
• Attending all roundtables.
• Occasional work with the sales team on managing exhibition stands.
• Supporting the commercial team and clients, with marketing operations on digital and face to face projects
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office must have good Excel skills
Well–organised with multi–tasking skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Team player
Strong written and verbal communication
Copy writing skills
Data management skills required
Strong client–facing skills
Good people person and communicator
This is a hybrid job, with 2 days a week based in their London office. Occasionally some work will take place outside of usual office hours.
Starting salary circa 32K 35K plus bens.
