Role: Event Sales Executive

Location: Brighton

Hours: Full Time

Pay: 24,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE 40,000– 45,000)

The Requirements:

Strong academic background (degree–level education preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsSelf–starter with a proactive, driven attitudeInquisitive mindset with a keen interest in global affairsConsistent track record of performance and achievementConfident and articulate communicator, both written and verbalPrior experience in B2B telesales (advantageous)Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (advantageous)Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic (preferred, not essential)

The Role:

Drive ticket sales for conferences and exhibitions using phone and email outreachManage and convert warm leads into confirmed delegatesReconnect with previous attendees and key accounts to maximise repeat businessMaintain and update a well–organised sales databaseCollaborate cross–functionally with marketing, business development, research, and operations teams
