Overview

We are a new branch of one of the most trusted names in the home improvement industry based in Glasgow. Offering, roofing services, exterior wall and roof coatings, roughcasting, rendering, windows and doors.

We are now looking to build a canvassing team with great people skills and talented professionals to help us grow and expand our customer base throughout Glasgow, Renfrewshire, Ayrshire, Fife, Edinburgh, Stirlingshire, North and South Lanarkshire.

Responsibilities

Residential outreach where we have carried our work, offering a show home discount to home owners in that area.

Generate 3-5 leads per day for our sales team.

Daily coaching and targets meetings to help you improve.

Work collaboratively with our confirmation team to ensure your leads are the best quality.

Represent the company professionally, ensuring a positive image in all interactions.

Experience

Previous experience in home improvements, charity fundraising or residential sales is preferred but not essential.

Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information and engaging with the public.

Uncapped commission structure with top canvassers earing over GBP1,500 per week

Canvassing is a fantastic job, you are outdoors, speaking to folk and the financial reward for great canvassers is huge. However it can be a very tough job.
