We are excited to be recruiting for a Community Engagement Manager to join our client's friendly team in Devizes.

As the Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all departments with ongoing projects, marketing and promotional activities to engage the local community,

Duties and Responsibilities:

Be the point of contact for organisations and community groupsDeliver marketing and promotional material across multiple digital platforms and printTo be responsible for the efficient management of events and event promotionBecome the main point of contact between the Committee, local partners, local businesses and event organisersSupport the development of communication strategiesLiaise with stakeholders to promote new projectsCoordinate with stakeholders to run events and annual activitiesContract ManagementInvestigate any complaintsDeal with any incoming calls and in person enquiries

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience within a similar role. You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be methodical and organised. Experience of working with local organisations and community groups would be beneficial.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Experience within events managementExperience delivering marketing and promotional material and social media campaignsExperience of working across multiple teamsExcellent communication skills

This role will be 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 9.00 am – 5.30 pm and 9.00 am – 4.30 pm Friday

There will be a need for occasional evening and weekend work to attend events (a day off in lieu will be given)
