THE CLIENT SUCCESS EXECUTIVE ROLE:
Manage multiple accounts and monitor lead volumes/conversion ratesIdentify opportunities to optimise performance across campaignsAct as main point of contact for clients and agenciesSupport strategic goals, grow budgets, and ensure satisfactionHost clients in Liverpool and attend occassional meetings in LondonWork with marketing, data, and product teams to support account successHelp solve issues and drive continuous improvement across departmentsContribute to pitches, proposals, and new business opportunitiesSupport account growth in line with commercial objectivesTrack key performance metrics to inform strategy and reportingBuild long–term account strategies based on client needsFocus on delivering added value and exceeding expectations
CLIENT SUCCESS EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
A passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of current trends3–5 years experience in client relationship management or a client–facing roleAnalytical thinker with the ability to use data to drive client successExcellent communication skills, confident in presenting, calling, and engaging stakeholders, proactive, adaptable, and solutions–focused approach to challengesExperience in strategic planning and long–term account growthProject management skills, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
