We are working with a respected and expanding automotive group seeking an experienced Business Manager to join a high–performing dealership in Bristol.

The Role:

As Business Manager, you will support the sales team by structuring finance and insurance deals and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with customers, presenting tailored financial solutions and supporting the delivery of the dealership's sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and presenting finance and insurance deals to customers following sales qualificationEnsuring full compliance with F&I regulations and company policiesSupporting the sales team in achieving departmental targetsConducting first and second–facing customer interactionsPromoting and selling value–added products such as warranty, paint protection, and insurancesHelping manage daily sales activities to maximise performance

About You:

Previous experience in a Business Manager, F&I Manager, or Sales Manager role within the motor tradeStrong understanding of financial and insurance product regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage customer relationships effectively under pressureProactive approach with the ability to use initiativeFull UK Driving Licence required
