Business Manager / Transaction Manager

Location: Letchworth

Basic Salary: 35,000 (Negotiable, DOE) OTE: 55,000 + Company Car

We are seeking either an accomplished Sales Executive ready for the next step up, or an experienced Business Manager or Transaction Manager looking for a fresh challenge, to support and grow a high–performing automotive sales team.

The Role

You will combine hands–on selling with leadership–driving your own sales performance while supporting, coaching, and motivating the sales team.

Key responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets and KPIsPromote accessories, service plans, and value–added productsPresent and explain finance & insurance packages confidentlyMonitor dealership performance, analyse results, and implement improvement plansMentor sales executives to achieve their goals

About You

Proven automotive sales experience (minimum of 2 years)Drive and ambition to exceed targets and KPIsFull UK driving licenceExceptional communication, leadership, and coaching skillsProficiency in MS Office and dealership CRM systemsCommitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Hours

43.25 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (alternate Sundays)
