Business Development Executive

Description

Our client are seeking an outgoing individual to be at the heart of their sales drive. Identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships and contributing to their continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Developing and executing business development strategies.

* Generating and converting new sales leads.

* Using phone sales, marketing, and networking to attract clients.

* Marketing high-quality candidates across multiple industries.

* Building and maintaining a Masterlist of contractors.

* Achieving KPIs including calls, meetings, and lead growth.

* Identifying customer needs and tailoring your approach.

* Managing leads from our Delivery team and tracking success.

* Attending corporate hospitality events to strengthen relationships.

* Negotiating using a strong “feature/benefit” sales approach.

Key attributes

* Excellent telephone manner.

* Previous telesales/sales experience (preferred).

* Strong communicator in a fast-paced environment.

* Interest in recruitment or sales.

* Ambitious, competitive, and driven to progress.
