This role offers genuine earning potential. Our commission structure rewards performance, and because we work on long-term contracts rather than one-off sales, you'll build recurring income streams.
The role
You'll be working alongside our account managers to support business growth. Your focus will be on generating new leads and qualifying prospects, helping our account managers build their client portfolios.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
* Making calls to identify and qualify new prospects for our account managers
* Booking qualified appointments and warm introductions
* Supporting account managers with client presentations and meetings
* Using our CRM system to track leads and handovers
* Following up on initial enquiries and maintaining prospect relationships
* Assisting with proposal preparation and client communications
* Reporting on lead generation activity to your line manager
What you will need:
Business Development experience - You need to have a proven track record in business development. Previous experience in the private residential or student accommodation sector would be advantageous.
Communication skills - You'll be presenting to decision-makers regularly
Problem-solving approach - Our clients need solutions, not just products
Basic IT skills - Comfortable with MS Outlook, Word, and learning our CRM
Willingness to travel - You may need to accompany account managers on client visits
UK driving licence - Essential for client visits
