Responsibilities and Duties

You will be responsible for working with clients to discuss all aspects of creating, remodelling or updating their bathroom whilst managing their expectations and satisfaction. Pro–actively sell to new and existing customers Work together with clients to design functional and aesthetically pleasing bathrooms Utilise design software to create detailed bathroom layouts Create 3D renderings and visualisations to help clients visualise their bathroom designs Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures for their new bathroom Provide accurate measurements and specifications for sanitary ware and cabinetry Liaise with vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of bathroom components Stay up to date with current design trends and product offerings in the bathroom industry

What we need from you:

Pro–active, motivated and friendly with proven sales ability; excellent customer service skills Target and results driven Proficient in CAD software Strong sales skills to upsell products and services to clients Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Own transport in order to carry out some home design visits
