Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We’re looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support Sales Manager, helping to lead a busy sales department while keeping everything running smoothly.

This is the perfect role for someone with sales or diary management experience who’s ready to step up into a department leadership role.

What you’ll do:

Support the Sales Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of a busy sales office/showroom

Lead, guide, and train our sales support team and representatives

Manage sales reports and track performance

Handle incoming sales calls and make follow-up calls to close deals (no cold calling!)

Use our CRM system to book and manage appointments

Welcome customers to the showroom and provide product information

Prepare quotations for windows and doors (full product training provided)What we’re looking for:

Proven experience leading, guiding, and training others

Strong decision-making skills – confident acting in the Sales Manager’s absence

At least 1 year of sales experience This is a full time and permanent, which is office based
