What you'll do:

Own your territory and grow revenue from new and existing customersCross–sell across 10 specialist divisions to expand your pipeline and earningsBuild face–to–face relationships on–site and in regional officesCollaborate internally – including with Major Account Directors – to maximise hire opportunitiesBe visible at trade days, client events, and industry forums

What we're looking for:

Proven area sales experience, ideally in construction or hireA track record of smashing targets and delivering revenue growthA natural relationship–builder – confident communicator and savvy problem–solverComfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeFull UK driving licence (essential)
