Account Manager
Location: Hybrid - Verwood, Dorset
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm
Salary: £28,875pa + Bonus

We're searching for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our clients’ outbound sales team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, with the primary goal of engaging both potential and existing customers to secure as a preferred supplier. This involves regularly calling your customers, responding to emails, and collaborating with other departments to ensure their needs are met. The role is a mix of maintaining strong relationships with key accounts while also seeking out new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver against sales targets for your account portfolio.
* Make outbound calls to all your customers with a clear objective of securing incremental sales.
* Identify new sites and users within your existing account base and convert these into revenue.
* Understand your customers' needs to secure the company as their preferred supplier.
* Network at all levels within the organisation to ensure your accounts receive the necessary support.
* Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date account records.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve targets.
