Reception & Sales Position: 4 to 5 days/week (Piercing Studio)

Description

We are a beautiful, busy, and well-established tattoo and piercing studio located in Central London.

With a large and loyal client base, our studio offers state-of-the-art facilities, top-quality equipment, and a welcoming environment run by a tight-knit, friendly, and exceptionally talented team.

We are now looking to expand our front-of-house team with a dedicated, mature, and highly capable individual who brings something special to the table.

What we’re looking for:

An experienced, driven, and customer-focused person who can confidently represent the studio and support our clients and artists alike.

You must be:


Available full time (4–5 days a week)



Hardworking, dedicated, and with excellent hygiene standards



Experienced in sales, with strong knowledge of body jewellery and piercing



Reliable, punctual, and proactive



Warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming to all clients



Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)



Experienced with front desk duties, including phone calls, appointment scheduling, and general admin



A great listener who can reassure and support nervous clients



A team player who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment



Willing to grow and adapt as the business continues to evolve
