SOLID CONSTRUCTION Featuring Concept2's high quality engineering, the RowErg is a solid, dependable machine. Aluminium front and steel back legs provide a stable base, while the durable aluminium monorail with stainless steel track provide smooth rowing motion that facilitates full leg involvement. Using air to power the resistance, the rower responds to your effort on every stroke, giving you full control of your workout intensity. Adjusting your resistance is easy, using the spiral damper conveniently positioned on the right of the flywheel. Whether you want the feel of a sleek, fast boat or slow, heavier one, you're in charge.

ADVANCED PM5 CONSOLE The RowErg rower comes with the most advanced Performance Monitor – the PM5. Sophisticated yet easy to use, the backlit display lights up as soon as you start to row, providing accurate tracking of key performance data and comparable date for every row. With an adjustable monitor arm, you can tweak the height and angle to get the best view. The user-friendly menu helps you manage pre-set workouts and games. With the included USB Flash Drive, you can store or transfer your performance data to your Mac or PC, while ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart connectivity allow you to add wireless heart rate monitoring. (Heart rate monitor not included). The open-platform Performance Monitor connects via Bluetooth to your smartphone or tablet and is compatible with over 30 different apps, including ErgData.
