IKO trade top sheet mineral surfaced is used as an underlay as part of a multi-layer system or as a single layer for shed/hutch roofs. It is cost effective roofing solution suitable for a wide range of projects, although it is not recommended for use on habitable buildings.
This type of traditional roofing felt is composed of a fibre base saturated and then coated with bitumen and surfaced with either sand or a slate finish.
Used as single, two-layer or three-layer application, these products are for use as temporary waterproofing or for use on sheds or garden buildings.
